How do I know a SquareWheels head unit fits my car?
SquareWheels head units are vehicle-specific — each G-Series unit is engineered for a defined make, model, and year range and replaces that vehicle's factory screen directly (no universal double-DIN guesswork). Find your vehicle's hub on this site or use the fitment selector on the store to confirm the exact model and year coverage before buying. Are SquareWheels head units hard to install? Do you offer installation?
The G-Series is designed as a plug-and-play replacement for the factory screen using vehicle-specific harnesses, so no cutting or splicing is required on supported vehicles. Many customers install it themselves; professional installation is recommended if you're not comfortable removing the factory dash trim. Installation guides and support are available, and installation errors are not covered under the product warranty.

Can I customize the themes on the APEX digital instrument cluster?
Yes. The SquareWheels APEX fully digital instrument cluster supports multiple, switchable display themes, and new themes/features are delivered through firmware updates from the APEX Support Center (loaded via a USB drive). Theme customization is a core feature of the APEX cluster.

What is the warranty and return policy?
All SquareWheels Auto products carry a 1-year manufacturer's warranty, effective from the delivery date; white-glove support is typically available throughout the product's life regardless of warranty status. Returns: you have 30 days from delivery to request a return — the item must be unused and in its original packaging with proof of purchase — and returns carry a non-negotiable 20% restocking fee. Orders cancelled before they ship are refunded minus a 10% service charge. Connectivity, app, or operating-system issues are not considered defects. Custom items (such as custom-cut lighting kits), digital downloads (Sergey firmware), sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable. How does shipping and delivery work?
SquareWheels Auto ships within the US, with expedited options on many in-stock items, and provides tracking once an order ships. Typical timelines: G-Series head units and APEX clusters ship in about 3–5 business days and arrive in roughly 10 business days total (US); Tesla S3XY-style accessories run about 30 business days; Glowe lighting and etched-lens overlays are custom-built per order (about 5–10 business days to process). Per the published Terms, SquareWheels' responsibility ends once the carrier marks a package as delivered.
